TERMS & CONDITIONS

• One night’s room & tax is required at time of booking to guarantee individual reservations
• Hotel rates are subject to local occupancy tax, currently at 13.38%
• Guests are responsible for payment of all charges (room, tax, and incidental charges)
• 2-Day cancellation policy for full refund
• Group rates will be offered until the cut-off date of  11/27/24
• Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date in order to be eligible for the group rate

HOTEL POLICIES

• An incidental deposit is authorized at check-in for $50 per day (maximum $200)
• All unused amounts of incidental deposit will be refunded upon departure
• Over 2 Guests Additional Guest Fees: $35 per person per night for 3^rd and 4^th Adult guests only
• Children (0-17yrs) are free
• Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests regardless of age
