FAQ for Dave & Buster’s Takeover

Do I receive a player’s card or Tokens?

-Yes, player’s card. Tokens for purchase.

Will there be alcohol?
-Yes. To purchase.

Will there be food?
-Yes. A Buffet and unlimited fountain drinks will be provided as part of entry into the event. It will be fully staffed if members choose to purchase other food.

Food: Carne Asada and Chicken Tacos, Nachos, Kid’s Cheese burgers, Corn dogs and Mac N Cheese.

Can I attend if I am not a SPA member?
-Yes. All LVMPD employees can attend for a fee. Please see the flyer for pricing. However, you can join the SPA for only $15 a paycheck and attend all the events for the year.

All non-SPA members will be $35 at the door

Can I bring a guest?
-All SPA members are allowed to bring their significant other/spouse or one (1) guest. All dependent children under 18 can attend with the member as well. All other guests will be charged the price on the flyer.

Are there activities for all ages?
-Absolutely! Blue games are unlimited, other colored games are by token/coupon depending on the game.

I have to work, but my family wants to attend. How can I check them in?
-We understand. They will be asked for their ID and your P#.

SPA Members,

The SPA Board of Directors is committed to providing fun and exciting social events along with meaningful benefits to our members. Listed below is a friendly reminder of what membership covers:

Membership also supports all active members if killed in the line of duty.  Unfortunately, this benefit was used several times in 2020 – 2022; however, it was beneficial for the families.

As a result of emerging costs, I am writing to notify of the necessary monthly dues increase from $10.00 to $15.00 per check effective check date of March 9, 2023 (24 of 26 pay periods).  The increase will give the Board of Directors flexibility to continue to provide the great events and benefits you have been accustomed to.

I want to personally thank each member for their continued support because without your support, we would not be able to do the great things we do impacting our employees’ wellness through events.
