TERMS & CONDITIONS
- One night’s room & tax is required at time of booking to guarantee individual reservations.
- Hotel rates are subject to local occupancy tax, currently at 13.38%.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all charges (room, tax, and incidental charges).
- 2-Day cancellation policy for full refund.
- Group rates will be offered until the cut-off date of 11/27/24.
- Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date in order to be eligible for the group rate.
HOTEL POLICIES
- An incidental deposit is authorized at check-in for $50 per day (maximum $200).
- All unused amounts of incidental deposit will be refunded upon departure.
- Over 2 Guests Additional Guest Fees: $35 per person per night for 3rd and 4th. Adult guests only.
- Children (0-17yrs) are free.
- Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests regardless of age.
